Event Furniture Hotel
Rental furniture allows you to furnish and decorate an event venue. Whether it's a networking area, the food and beverage station or a stage or decor, it's all possible. We have decorated event venues for several events in hotels.
The challenge
On short notice, we would provide furniture for several events. One of the events was quite large and required seating for 545 people. At another, somewhat smaller event, it was important that we not use leather because vegan snacks would also be served.
The solution
After we took stock of what requirements our client had, we made a proposal for each event individually.
In short, we carried out the following work:
- Furniture proposal
- Furniture selection and purchasing
- Furniture placement
Result
Each event was customized according to the client's wishes. Because we can buy directly from reliable suppliers, we were able to supply enough couches and poufs in the right style on short notice. Thus, we ensured that 545 people could sit in a living room setting.
