Due to strong growth within a short period of time, our client was looking for an office to house several labels together. The reason was that this would benefit mutual cooperation as well as the informal corporate culture. Witness the restaurant furnished by Home Inspirations and the recreational facilities including a real table tennis table.
The challenge
The client needed sufficient space for the 4 C's: Communication, Co-working, Concentration and Community. We worked this out in a spot plan for an optimal balance between thhose spaces. For example, there are quiet workplaces in the form of reservable work and meeting rooms, phone booths for online meetings and telephone calls, collaborative workplaces in the form of individual tables with chairs, a restaurant/relaxation area, individual workplaces, flex workplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a panoramic view of the lively environment of Sloterdijk.
The solution
In every assignment, the Home Inspirations team listens with full attention to the client's wishes. In this case, the client preferred the purchase option over the rental option. Because of our extensive portfolio, we were given full confidence by the client to fully furnish the office space in both a business and home-like manner.
We translated our spot plan into furniture with a warm yet tough look. We reflected the client's corporate identity by applying its warm colors in interior accents: cushions, upholstery of the phone booths, the wall paint of the meeting rooms.
Result
To us project designers, it seemed the ultimate challenge to create a space where people will like to stay, even outside office hours. And we succeeded! The interior was realized from A to Z in 3 weeks. The furnishing itself took about 2 days. The entrepreneur said the following about the result:
'Very satisfied. Good advice, prompt service and a nice, accurate team that came to install everything. The result is an attractive office where we also enjoy meeting outside working hours'.
