How does renting furniture work?
You can arrange your temporary home furnishings in just 4 easy steps:
1. Send us your inquiry through the quote request form
2. We will send you our non-obligational proposal within 24 hours on working days
3. If you agree with the quotation, we will deliver, assemble and style at an agreed location, date and time
4. After the rental period, we will collect your furniture on an agreed date.
Is it better to rent or buy?
If you need an interior on a temporary basis, it pays to rent. Furniture rentals like ourselves, offer furniture at competitive rates and arrange everything for you. We even take out household contents insurance for you which is included in the price. From A to Z, we unburden you completely. No hassle with storage, relocation or assembly, but a turnkey delivery. If you eventually decide to purchase the furniture, then that is certainly possible.

Who is eligible for furniture rental?
Almost everyone can rent furniture. We have worked with both (inter)national companies and private individuals. Think of: expats and their employers, embassies and diplomats, realtors, (sales) stylists, event organizations, top athletes, home sellers, students and housing organizations, short stay providers and project developers.
When am I (not) eligible for furniture rental?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent a single piece of furniture. Our service starts with a basic package consisting of at least a sofa set, a coffee table, a carpet, a dining area, a TV cabinet, a double bed, lighting and a decoration package.
You can start renting furniture from a rental period of 1 month up to as long as you wish to rent.
How long can I rent furniture?
Rent from a minimum of 1 month to as long as you wish.
Can I rent a single piece of furniture only?
Sometimes. In some cases it is possible to rent a single piece of furniture. However, it is not always profitable; buying would be cheaper in such cases. We are happy to discuss options and will always give honest advice in this regard.

What's in a ready-made package?
You can choose from three packages: Basic, Basic Plus or Complete. The exact contents of which you can view on the quote page. If this is not what you are looking for, you can also compose an interior yourself.
Do you rent out new or used furniture?
Because re-renting is the sustainable option, we will re-rent many of our used items. Each piece is of high quality thoroughly inspected and cleaned by professionals. Therefore, everything is in showroom condition or has minor signs of wear.
How do you ensure that all furniture is clean?
We work carefully during the cleaning and inspection process: after the furniture is picked up from a customer, we inspect and cleanse it thoroughly, after which it can be used again.
What do you require from me to provide an accurate quotation?
In order to help you accurately, we need to at least know your name, email address, what you want to rent and how long you are looking to rent for.
For a customized quote, we would need to know the delivery address and any preferences you may have. Information on any particularities regarding the accessibility of the house would also help.
In addition, you may send us a floor plan, any photos or a video of the house.
I would like to rent for an indefinite period, how does that work?
Together, we would have to agree on a rental period for this rental period is one of the factors determining our rental price. In addition, if you decide to terminate the agreement unexpectedly, we would be forced to charge the remaining rent as a result.
Can I customize items?
That depends. When speed matters, we deliver from stock in our warehouse. We will do our utmost to offer you something similar to what’s requested.
When lead time is longer, some of our items are customizable. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
What kind of furniture do you rent out?
We work with sustainable furniture in different styles, namely: Industrial living, Trendy living, Modern living and Maison living. These styles can be executed in a basic or an exclusive version.
You can choose from ready-made packages or you can put together a package yourself. This way you will have all the necessities for a tailored home furnishing. Do you have something else in mind? No problem: we are happy to help.

Do you supply linen?
Yes. We supply home textiles, from bed linen to kitchen textiles.
Do you supply garden furniture?
Yes. We supply garden chairs with matching garden cushions, garden tables and sunshades upon request.
Do you supply office furniture?
We supply office furniture for a home office. Think of a desk, office chair, desk lamp and bookshelf.
Do you rent children's furniture?
Yes. We rent a children’s package that consists of a cot, high chair, changing table and rug. If you are looking for something extra for your child(ren), please let us know. We do custom work all the time. From play corner to trampoline, we are happy to explore to what extent we can help you get settled.
Can you provide the upholstery?
We can also provide additional products and services like window upholstery, carpeting and wall paint for you. With this, we can optimally coordinate all aspects of your total design.
Do you sell furniture?
Yes. We do sell furniture and it is also possible to purchase it after the rental period. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Do you repair furniture?
We offer a 100% service guarantee on all delivered items during the entire rental period. Our furniture is solid, can withstand everyday knocks and is suitable for multiple applications. In the unlikely event that something breaks, please contact us. We are happy to look for a solution.

What is the price of rental furniture?
Rental furniture is available for every budget. Prices depend on multiple factors such as the rental period, number of occupants, required items, chosen interior style and desired version (standard/exclusive).
Why can't I complete my order online?
A quotation is not automatically generated but personally created by our specialist. If you agree with the quote, you confirm this with us by e-mail or telephone and we agree on the other details together (date of delivery, etc.).
I have a fixed budget. Can you offer a customized package?
Rental furniture is available for every budget. We are happy to help. Call or email us to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. You do not have to pay any security deposit.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes. Before delivery, we will charge the deposit and the first month's rent.
What does the delivery cost?
Delivery of the furniture is included in the agreed rental price.
What does the installation cost?
Installation and assembly of the furniture is included in the agreed rental price. You do not pay extra for this.
How do I make a payment?
Payment is usually made via a monthly invoice. Of course, a monthly automatic debit is also possible.
Can I get a discount when I pay the total rent at once?
Yes. If you pay the total rent at once, we apply a payment discount of 5% to the total rent.
Can I get a discount if I don't need everything that’s in a package?
No. Our service starts with a basic package or furniture with the 'value' of the basic package. If the basic package includes furniture that you do not need, we offer you the option of composing a package that includes the items that you do need.

I am a diplomat, is there a diplomatic clause?
Yes. There is a diplomatic clause that allows early termination of the lease upon departure abroad.
Can I purchase the furniture at the end of the rental period?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
What happens at the end of the rental period?
You have three options:
• We can discuss a date for pick up
• You could extend the rental period
• You may purchase the furniture
Can I extend my rental contract?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
What is the notice period?
We enter into an agreement for a fixed term. A few weeks prior to the end of the rental period, your contact person will contact you to discuss the end of the rental period. In case you decide to extend the existing agreement, a notice period of 1 month applies.
How do I cancel my contract?
Please call your contact person if you wish to cancel the contract.
What happens if I unexpectedly want/need to end the rental period early?
Please contact your contact person to discuss the conditions/consequences of early termination of the agreement.
Several people live in one house, whose name will be included in the contract?
We enter into an agreement with 1 person/company.
Someone else pays the monthly rent for me. Whose name should be in the contract?
Someone else can pay the bill. In that case, please inform your contact person, so we can make sure that the invoice is in the correct name.
Is the furniture insured?
Furniture insurance is included in the rent. During the rental period, we offer a 100% service guarantee on all delivered items.
Can I cancel the insurance?
No. Insurance is included in the rental price. Although it is not required by law, we consider it wise to insure home contents against damage due to theft, fire, water and storms.
Are there any restrictions on the use or movement of the furniture?
We expect you to use the rented property only as intended. You may move the furniture as long as it is done responsibly. Within those limits, there are no restrictions.
What does the delivery cost?
There are no extra delivery charges as delivery is included in the agreed rental price.
How does the delivery process work?
We deliver, install and style your interior at the agreed location, date and time. On location, we put the furniture in the right place and leave everything ready for use.
What is the delivery time?
Please contact us to discuss the preferred delivery date.
Do you deliver outside office hours?
No. We usually deliver on working days from 8:00 am. If you find yourself in an exceptional situation, please let us know.
Can I pick up my order myself?
No. We are happy to take care of everything for you: delivery and installation are included in the agreed rental price. We deliver on an agreed date, time and location with our own transport and a team of trustworthy in-house relocators.
How do you deliver my order?
Furniture rent is a turnkey solution; everything is ready for use.
Do you deliver near me?
We deliver throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and West Germany. We might also go beyond these borders on request.
Do I have to be present at the delivery?
You do not nhave to be there in person, but we do expect someone to let us in or to hand over a key.
Do you hire a moving company?
No. We come with our own transport and a team of trusted, in-house relocators.
How does the pick-up process work?
We will contact you prior the end of the rental period to discuss a pick up date. If you have a desired date in mind, we would like to hear from you well in advance.
What are the collection costs?
The pick-up of the furniture is included in the agreed rental price.
What if I am not satisfied with what has been delivered?
In the unlikely event that something does not meet your requirements, please contact us. We are happy to look for a solution with you.
Can I exchange a piece of furniture?
In the unlikely event that something has not been delivered to your satisfaction, we are happy to discuss the options with you.
What if a piece of furniture I have chosen is not available at the time of delivery?
We have a large stock, which means that we can immediately offer an equivalent alternative.
Something is damaged, now what?
We offer a 100% service guarantee on all delivered items during the entire rental period. Our furniture is solid and can withstand everyday knocks. In the unlikely event that something breaks, we would be happy to discuss the options with you.
